Located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach, the Grand Victorian has the pier directly opposite with the Palace Playland to the right. The building has private condominiums and retail spaces on the first floor. The Grand Victorian has an exercise room, indoor heated pool, sauna, and showers and changing rooms.
